style(libiec): 行宽压缩 — 一条语句一行, 仅多参逻辑分组分行

## 规则
- 函数声明/简单调用/打印: 一行写完
- 仅 task_event_recv 等逻辑分组保留多行
- 空括弧压缩: if(x) return; 不用再换行
